Cancellation Policy

COACHING POLICIES & TERMS By booking services with Chetta Betta Safe Haven Coaching, you agree to the following: Coaching Notice: All services provided are coaching services, not therapy. Coaching focuses on personal development, goal setting, accountability, clarity, structure, and support. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental health conditions and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional Session Format: All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. Camera must be on for the duration of the session. Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection and a private, distraction-free environment. Intake Requirement: An intake form must be completed at the time of booking. Services cannot begin until the intake form is submitted. Failure to complete the intake may result in session delay or cancellation without refund. Rescheduling & Cancellation: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will be charged 50 percent of the session fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are subject to the full (100 percent) session fee. All services are non-refundable. No-Show & Late Policy: Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period. If the client does not arrive within 10 minutes, the session is considered a no-show and charged the full session fee. Late arrivals do not extend session time. Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices and specials are subject to change and apply only at the time of booking. Scope & Confidentiality: Coaching focuses on goal setting, accountability, clarity, and personal development. Coaching is not emergency or crisis support. Confidentiality applies within the limits of the law and is not protected by therapist-client privilege. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICES Chetta Betta Safe Haven Coaching reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services if coaching is not appropriate, policies are violated, or boundaries are not respected. Services already rendered remain non-refundable. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
